Søtten a Vimpel

Hurra for Søttende Mai!

*Kio and Vilje want to celebrate not only our constitution day but their very first pattern.
They have made a celebratory bunting for the Norwegian Constitution day but this pattern could
be used for any party really. It is modelled after the Norwegian flag, but we reckon it could work for parties all over the world. Try changing the color-scheme to make it match your party!

Welcome to Gacha in Stitches

Hi *waves shyly*
We would like to introduce ourselves, we are Vilje and *Kio and together we are Gacha Stitches.
And our blog is called Gacha in Stitches.
Would you like to know why we have called ourselves that?

A gacha is a toy machine you put money into and turn a handle and out comes a toy, it is so called in Japan because the sound it makes is gacha gacha. In stitches could refer to the sharp pain that can make one double over when in a fit of laughter.
So you could say we are a toy machine laughing very hard.

Kio

Is a librarian who loves cats and everything magic. She is the knitter amongst the gacha's but she has recently learned to crochet too. She also reads, draws and cross-stitches.

Vilje
Adores bunnies and she likes things that sparkle and are cute and pink although she has ventured out and is embracing more colours these days. Is mostly into crochet and cross stitch but is trying out knitting to see if she can get a grasp on it.

We will make patterns and share them on this blog. Sometimes we might share our adventures too^^
